1. What the service is

ClaimYourSpot sells promotional placement and visibility on ClaimYourSpot.in. A payment purchases a position on the ClaimYourSpot leaderboard determined by your confirmed active bid amount.

2. What the service is not

The service does not include, sell or guarantee any of the following:

• •Instagram followers, likes, comments, engagement, reach or virality
• •Sales, leads or business outcomes
• •Instagram algorithm placement or account growth
• •Prizes, monetary rewards, gambling, betting or lottery participation

3. Ranking rule

Ranking is determined solely by confirmed active bid amount, highest first. If two profiles hold the same confirmed active bid, the profile that reached that amount first ranks higher.

Follower count, location, category, bio, engagement and verification status carry no ranking weight. Location and category act only as filters that determine which profiles appear in a given view.

Positions are not guaranteed or permanent. Another profile may place a higher confirmed active bid and rank above you at any time.

4. One bid, all filtered views

A single confirmed active bid applies wherever your profile legitimately appears through country, state, city and category filters. No separate payment is required per view.

5. Eligibility and listing rules

You may list only a public Instagram profile that you own or are authorised to represent. You must never share your Instagram password with ClaimYourSpot or any third party.

• •No impersonation or misrepresentation of another person or brand
• •No unlawful, hateful, adult or misleading content
• •No automated, fraudulent or abusive submissions

6. Payments and bid activation

Bids become active only after server-verified payment confirmation. A browser-side success message never activates a bid. Bids may hold pending, confirmed, failed, refunded or cancelled status, and only confirmed bids influence ranking.

7. Moderation and removal

We may suspend, edit or remove listings that breach these terms, appear fraudulent, or create legal or platform risk.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Independence from Instagram and Meta

ClaimYourSpot is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of its respective owner.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the placement in question.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
