1. Information we collect

We collect the information you submit when listing a profile, and technical information generated when you use the site.

• •Public Instagram username, display name and bio text you submit
• •Location (country, state, city) and category you select
• •Bid amount and payment status returned by our payment provider
• •Contact details you provide through the contact form
• •Basic technical logs such as IP address, device and browser information

2. What we never ask for

We never ask for your Instagram password or login credentials, and we never request access to your Instagram account.

3. How we use information

Information is used to display your listing on the leaderboard, process promotional placement payments, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment information

Payments will be processed by our payment provider. Card, UPI and banking credentials are handled by the provider and are not stored on ClaimYourSpot servers.

5. Public display of information

Listed profiles are shown publicly, including username, display name, bio, follower count where available, location, category and active bid amount. Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly.

6. Data retention

Listing, bid and payment records are retained as long as needed for service delivery, accounting and legal requirements.

7. Your choices

You may request correction or removal of your listing by contacting support. Removal of a listing does not automatically create a refund entitlement; refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Independence from Instagram and Meta

ClaimYourSpot is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
